Chant Postural

Chant Postural founded by Elisabeth Baile

When structure and vibration are aligned, energy flows freely

We often strive to grow, to understand ourselves better, to live in a more aligned way. But if our structure isn’t clear, everything we do stands on unstable ground.

The human body is not just a shell — it’s a framework, a living system capable to hold a great amount of energy. This structure is the skeleton, and its point of balance is the pelvis.

When the pelvis regains its natural placement, through arched sitting, it becomes a living base that links consciousness and matter. This is where Chant Postural takes on its full meaning: by sending sound into this base, we connect the voice with its true function — to activate the structure through vibration.

The body becomes a living architecture, built to conduct and guide life.

Practicers of Chant Postural have experienced:

Reduced stress Increased sense of presence and being grounded Enhanced confidence Reduced tension in the back, neck and shoulders Emotional resilience Increased vocal power, clarity and endurance A more solid foundation of inner safety Reduced anxiety

Testimonial

Since I began practicing Chant Postural, something very clear has been happening inside me. My feminine energy now supports and even pushes my masculine to step forward and take responsibility. It gives it the energy to act on what needs to be done.

This showed up in very practical ways. I suddenly felt a strong need to bring order into my life — sorting, letting go of what is no longer useful, making space for the new. Each time I did this, I felt lighter. When it became difficult, I would hear you say “arch”, and when I did, things immediately became easier.

From the very first workshop, I felt that both my structure and my energy resonated with the work. It was clear: this is what I need to express my own sound — my own vibration.

Today I am beginning to emit my own note, instead of playing the one others expect from me.

For me, Chant Postural is the missing piece I had been looking for.
